Terms of Service & Privacy Disclosure

1.​ Nature of Service

The Cohesion Lab & Co. provides professional behavioural consultancy and organisational strategy. Holly Kompara operates as a Behavioural Consultant. Please be advised that services are informed by psychological research but do not constitute registered clinical psychology, medical diagnosis, or mental health therapy. Clients seeking clinical intervention should consult a registered health professional.

2. Payments & Refunding

All "Tactical Lab" sessions and "Strategic Briefings" must be paid in full at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway (Stripe).

• Payment Processing: All fees for our diagnostic sessions, labs, and consulting services are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Square. Payments for online bookings are required at the time of scheduling.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that organizational schedules change. To cancel or reschedule a pre-booked session (such as a Behavioural Micro-Lab) without penalty, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, as this time has been exclusively reserved for your organization.

• In-Person & Phone Add-Ons: If you choose to purchase additional protocols, extended advisory time, or custom services during an in-person session or over the phone (processed via our mobile Square reader), these add-ons are considered final and non-refundable once the additional service has been initiated or delivered.

• No Refunds on Delivered Services: Because the services provided by The Cohesion Lab & Co. involve customized behavioral analysis, social schema mapping, and live strategic facilitation, all fully delivered sessions, labs, and completed protocols are strictly non-refundable.

3. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. Any information shared during a "Briefing" or "Lab" is held under strict professional discretion. We collect personal data (name, email, business details) solely to provide our services and do not share your information with third parties. All data is managed in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

4.​ Limitation of Liability

The Cohesion Lab & Co. provides strategies based on behavioural analysis. While we aim for peak "cohesion" and performance, the implementation and outcomes of these strategies are the responsibility of the client. The Cohesion Lab & Co. is not liable for any direct or indirect business or personal outcomes resulting from the consultancy.
